Heart and Soul Housing Commission
It currently costs 10,000 Pokédollars to build a house or residence. It is free for staff members but you must read the following information first before applying for a house.
Features Common to all Houses:
Location:
Your residence will be created as a sub-board. If you want to add an image as in the example: Pokémon Mansion, the image must not be more than 150 X 120 pixels in size. A general description of your home must be provide next to the image, detailing its location and key features.
Name:
You must have a name for your house/residence. There may only be one house/residence per person and if you have more than one character, they can all live in the same house.
House Page:
Your house page is a thread that includes all the general information about your house, its residents as well as a list of rooms or a floor plan. There must also be a picture of either the interior or exterior of your residence that provides a broad overview of its appearance.

Trainer Friendly Area:
One area/room of your residence can be accessable to other members of this site. They can visit this area in order to train or catch the Pokémon found in or around your residence.
Remember, however, even if you are not a Moderator, you must mod whoever visits your residence and you may not catch the Pokémon found in your own house.
Only either admin (me or Joey) can approve a list of Pokémon that you wish to appear as part of this optional feature and any changes to your residence later on in its life must also be approved by me or Joey.
Berry Plantation/Farm/Orchard:
You will soon be able to create a Berry/Apricorn Orchard where you can grow your own berries, plants, etc.
To apply for a building permit, create a new thread in this board and provide the information I need. I will make suggestions and changes to your house design if required.
